5.0 out of 5 stars Can’t go wrong. I was in a hurry, spent almost no time preparing these ribs. Just cleaned them up, applied this Honey Chipotle rub with yellow mustard as a binder. Some hickory and cherry wood for smoke. 5 hours at 225 and these are now the best tasting ribs I’ve ever smoked. This rub is like a cheat code.
