Heather and her team were so amazing to work with! Heather helped us every step of the way to Refinance. Most places would say, “raise your credit and get back to us.” Heather actually walked us step by step to raise our credit when we thought it was impossible and she gave us great tips on how to continue to raise our scores. She was available on both texts and email to answer any questions we had at any time and to remind us of important documents to sign in a timely manner. Heather and her team were so wonderful to work through. I had a fairly protracted, complicated process to get a loan and Heather was with me every step of the way. She gave me great advice, clearly answered all my questions (even anticipated a few I hadn't thought of yet), and was so nice to work with. Hopefully I don't need a loan again, but I will recommend her to anyone I know getting a loan. FANTASTIC!!!!

Had a great experience working with Heather and her team. As first-time home buyers she was communicative, accessible and extremely transparent throughout the entire process. Her and her team worked incredibly fast and efficient, moving us through the entire process with ease. Can't imagine that working with anyone else could have possibly been a better experience, we feel so grateful to have been able to work with her and her team!

Heather and her team were amazing to work with. Heather did a great job of making the process as streamlined and understandable as possible. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. Her responses to communication were also extremely prompt.
