Marquita is the best property manager I have come across in all my years living here. she will do right by you, all you have to do is tell her what's going on. the maintenance crew is also top flight. good men all the way around. I would recommend this community to anyone.

Verified Renter Great so far it seems peaceful out neighbors are respectful. The speed bumps are a little annoying but is much needed. The parking could use an address marker so visitors can't steal your spots. But other than that is a Great place to live

Verified Renter Overall very happy. Staff try thier best to make residents happy. I'm not sure it's truly Marijuana free. Hallway smells funny but can not smell it in my apartment.

The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. One feature I particularly love is the balcony that offers a great view of the surrounding greenery.
