Great Staff and Nice Condos..... Staff is very knowledgeable about the property and make the process as easy as possible. Truly appreciate the customer service and reasonable prices.
Heatherton Estates I live in the townhomes, not the apartments, the townhome itself is nice and for an affordable price. The park is okay, you get 2 spaces per townhome. For the most part the neighborhood is quiet, but there are plenty of children in the complex which for some it may be a problem. The children don't bother me much but it makes me nervous with so many children around in the parking lots etc. . Overall the place is decent for the price.
