Verified Renter If you need repairs. You will need patience and this roach problem has been going on 2months too long. I hate that I'm charged for pest control but of course I've killed more roaches today. This is embarrassing and I don't like it at all
Verified Renter Unfortunately my stay hasn’t been pleasant due to a few things. First, I will address management! I can honestly say that I’ve only been here for a year and we’ve had 3 managers. New management has come in and made a few changes. Secondly, maintenance is TERRIBLE. Not sure if they’re licensed or what, but repairs are NOT being done. Disappointed From the time I moved in , I had issues. The previous office staff had told me information that was misleading . My laundry floods every time it rains, which has cause my appliances to rust.
STAY AWAY! Horrible property and management! My partner and I requested to transfer to a townhome and planned to move at a certain date and the office kept changing our move out date with no reason why and we never received any updates. The office never answers the phones or returns calls when you leave voicemails. When you approach them with the problem and complain about their lack of communication or what they are not doing, they have excuse after excuse and lack professionalism. Deposit I was a resident at this property for approximately a year.During the duration of my residency, I kept my townhome incredibly cleaned and neat. I paid my rent on time and didn't missed a beat. But to my astonishment, when I moved out in August of 2019, I left my townhome in excellent condition. Regrettably,the property leasing Manager {Malon} charged me a bogus fees for carpet cleaning, garbage and a piece of broken window blind. Awful I’ve been living here for five years and it has been bought and sold three times. I honestly cannot wait to move. I used to love this neighborhood but the new management is awful. No one ever answers the phone in the leasing office, basement constantly floods when it rains(my neighbors flood as well), maintenance is very slow. It’s just gone down hill and meanwhile they keep raising the rent while doing bare minimum.
Never Again RAGGEDY NO GOOD APARTMENTS THAT ARE OVER PRICED. NOISY NEIGHBORS UNLESS YOU STAY IN THE TOWNHOMES WHICH ARE 900 FOR A 2 BEDROOM. TOTALLY OVER PRICED. MY LEASE IS UP SOON AND I'M MOVING AND NEVER LOOKING BACK. THE MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST; EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. THEY FAIL TO FIX ANYTHING.
