Didn’t do what they said they were gonna do. No extra key, no battery tender that was promised, and couldn’t bother to wash the bike for a new delivery. Very sad
If you enjoy having your time wasted and being ignored this is the place for you! I stood around for 15 minutes trying to get a parts and service quote. I was ignored until the point where I got fed up and walked out of the store. As I exited someone finally came running after me to ask if I needed anything. Dropped in today and NO ONE greeted me and the store was pretty much empty. They LOOKED UP but NOT ONE person said HELLO for the first 20 min. SAD. I refuse to purchase anything here EVER!!!!! IMPROVE opening your mouth to simply greet a potential customer.
Visited this dealership today and was not impressed. HORRIBLE customer service. As a 13 year Harley rider, and having road my Harley across the U.S. (including Alaska) and Canada I am embarrassed for this location. It's a shame that I had to experience such racism in a town I love to visit. My husband has worked for Harley for years and I can't wait to report this franchise!! #hotmesshenderson

Went to purchase a bike and was treated extremely poorly and made to fill as if I wasn’t good enough to purchase from dealer. As a result went and bought from a different dealership. Worst experience ever and even more upsetting because I purchased my other bike from them prior. Will never step foot in this dealership again.

Recommendedplease help My husbands Bike just got totaled out and salvage titled buy back because of our neighbors tree fell on it, 1997 Heritage Springer first year made,and they don't make them anymore,and can no longer find original Bags Seat with the Blue trim etc.if anyone can keep an eye open for these parts we would appreciate it ty😪
