Went in to have the rear breaks replaced front ones adjusted and a oil change on a walk in. Went back a couple of days later because the front breaks are barely rubbing when I push the bike out of the garage before starting it and the oil wasn't topped off. Was told, by Eric I believe, as long as the oil is between the lines it's good and the breaks were rubbing because of the little variance between the breaks and rotor I might believe that if it was new breaks and rotor but it was just adjusted in the front. It is one of our favorite locations with the exception of the woman sales personnel. They followed us around the store and everything we picked they were in our face. My husband and I were going to buy helmets and boots but ended up walking out. We were VERY annoyed. It's one thing to be present for questions and another to harass after being told we were just looking....ugh! We now will only go for the events.
I did not like the way the sales girl would not let me browse or pick out my own stuff...it got old real quick..I couldn't wait to be done and leave...Red Rock Was Just Awesome. ..
When you feel pressured By salespeople the minute you walkin then you look around walk by the motorcycle the more sales pressure you say you just looking, as you go to walk out two sales people question you about what you were doing and looking for and ask me about my cut. Is this how you train your people!
Completely dishonest. Liars. Will never buy another bike from here again
Scheduled an Appointment on Tuesday, dropped the bike off Monday, it's now Thursday and it may be looked at on Friday but wasn't reassured that it would be. Got told the worse time to bring your bike in for repair is between April and November. We'll I'm sorry the engine didn't decide to knock between December and March however someone there needs to learn how to accurately schedule service. If' you hear its a knocking issue with the engine or transmission, maybe you should schedule more than 2 hours. I'm really crossing... read more
