Ok so I don't write reviews but feel this needs to be done. On 10-6-14 I dropped off my 2014 Ultra Limited for 2 recalls. I was informed it would take a couple hours. I received a call informing me that they need to order a brake line and that my bike would not be done till the following week. Today 10-18-14 I call to check the status being I've received NO call from Henderson Harley Davidson. I was told the bike was done. Expensive in what way Jody? Seems to me that most if not all dealerships start at MSRP and increase the price from there. A *GREAT* deal (in my past experience) is when a dealership throws in a free option or takes off a charge. Not being critical here... just asking. I'd LOVE to buy a new Heritage classic but I can't find a dealer who is willing to be reasonable about my trade-in.
