Over the past year, Henry's Louisiana grill has been my #1 stop for the Louisiana cuisine while away from home. Unfortunately today, March 21, 2026, I was very disappointed. My sister ordered the Trio Appetizer which included the shrimp/grits, red beans and rice, and chicken/sausage gumbo. The entire trio was not its normal consistency. Food still excellent, but decision to make salad a $6 extra instead of including in price of entree, without reducing that price, significantly erodes value.
Birthday dinner last night was a disaster! The food was absolutely horrible! We had a party of 20 and only two meals came out good. Food was cold and had zero flavor. My husband ordered a pasta dish that I wouldn't feed my dog. We sent it back to only get another dish that was just as bad. We will never go back! Save your money!
I ordered a blackened chicken sandwich and was only given a sliver of chicken. The sandwich was tasty but I was disappointed in the lack of chicken on the sandwich.
LOVE LOVE LOVE Henry's Sunday Brunch. We've come every Sunday since they brought it back. Today 12/21 we were told the new owners have decided to no longer have Sunday brunch and it's the last brunch. We're very disappointed and hope they bring it back soon
Worst Cajun/Creole in North Atlanta!! I have lived in Acworth for over 20 years. Henry's has not improved at all. If you want good, authentic Cajun/ creole go to Gumbeaux's in Douglaville. A little bit of a drive but the quality and diversity is Great!

Henry's received an A rating. The food is great . Unfortunately we made reservations days in advance. one person in our party of four was stuck in I-75 traffic. The hostess refused to seat us in until everyone in the party showed. We were hoping to start with drinks and appetizers until they arrived. instead we were so hungry by the time we got seated we went straight for main entree. If you make reservations make sure you calculate traffic and everyone show up the same time or plans may go sideways!!
I have been going to Henry's for years and I had never been disappointed and since the restaurant was sold I was hesitant to come back because I was worried that it wasn't going to be the same . I was right in my hesitation , today was my 19 year wedding anniversary and my husband wanted to celebrate at Henry's . The food was awful, the Cajun appetizer was also not good . Horrible never coming again I was with my two kids 2 boys (9) (7) and they made my 9 year old sit upstairs because they said they can't add a chair because it's a fire hazard even with no one next to us.
