I realize it was late at night when we made the deal, but we were called back to sign a paper because they had calculated extended warranty and gap insurance. We had already declined because we are going with our bank. Then they called a few days later for 3 references for our bank we are financing with. A bank that already has ALL of our accounts. The staff here is Friendly and Professional! Service Manager Jamie Carter treated me like Family right away. Giving me All my options for repairs and working diligently to find the Best Buy on Materials we Needed SAME DAY to Make this happen. I purchased my vehicle at a dealer in Lithia Springs. I was not aware that the service warranty was at that dealer only. Unfortunately, was made aware of this after Shottenkirk performed the oil change. Therefore, an average rating of 3 stars
