I had an appt ant 1 and got there early to drop so I could lunch with a friend. I was back by 2-2:30 and still was ready till 4:20. 4 hrs to check a recall. That he said would take maybe 2hrs

The service advisor did as I asked. He checked waranty coverage, and pricing, befofre performing any work. He explained what was wrong with the malfunctioning parts and what needed to get done to fix them. If I didn't understand something, he tried to explain it in a different way. When I asked about a courtesy car or rental, he offered me a ride home with their shuttle service, as well as a pick up. I didn't even know they had that. I had a very nice shuttle driver.

Very pleasant experience with this dealership's service. Vehicle was repaired correctly and finished within estimate time.

I appreciate doing business with people that don't try to hard sell you. If I get pressured I walk off. Adison and the finance agent were nice and professional. No pressure and we're forthcoming answering questions. Would buy here again.

Arrived on time for my appointment and was greeted quickly.. was getting my oil and tires rotated and it took about an hour to do. They also helped me with a window not going up. Very help technician.
