Recall items were fixed quickly and software was updated that alleviated current problem. Was surprised I wasn’t pressured into things not needed

Prices are too high for parts and labor but the service team is very helpful and professional.

The service provided this visit was a very good reason to use Shottenkirk Nissan. They corrected an item that may have unintentionally been missed on the last servicing. When I contacted them, they conscientiously listed to my explanation of the issue, immediately scheduled an appointment to correct the issue and did not charge me for the correction. That is dependable and accountable service.
