Technician was experienced and knew what to do. I had been there before and a new state of the art machine told them it was a good battery. Thank goodness for good old time experience..

So far, I'm satisfied with Shottenkirk Nissan of Rome. They've always been prompt. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Waiting time for service is reasonable. I'll probably always be a Nissan owner. Thank you for your service. :)

Everybody was friendly and you got a nice place to wait while getting my oil change but it seemed to take a little longer this time.

Able to get me in for an oil change, a quick check of a light on my truck and repaired all in the same afternoon. Appreciated the above and beyond the service team went to assist me.

Arrived early, had no wait. Was pulled right in and finished within 45 mins. This was the first time using this dealership, so I am very pleased with my first experience with them.

The service technician left the air filter cover unlatched, no big deal for me to latch it back but some people might not be too happy with that.

Courtesy transport was helpful to take me somewhere while my car was being serviced and they done a great job servicing my car!
