Jamie Carter was excellent getting me in and quickly. I had my car serviced and he took care of it. I have had 3 Nissans. So far the service department has been great.

My experience this service visit went extremely well. The service representative, Jaime Cachua, was friendly, professional and accommodating. Upon arriving, he immediately came over to great me and ask for my requested services. He also accepted a part that I order for my sun visor and said that he would have it installed. My vehicle was serviced and the part installed in a very reasonable time frame. Jaime was a very good representative of the service department and the dealership.

It was an easy process overall, they got the job done a little bit early which was nice and everyone was very pleasant at the dealership
