I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident I made my sister a very beautiful mother of pearl Christmas tree. Last time I came the room had been rearranged & the tree was placed on the window sill broken. I placed it in the corner on a small table where it wouldn't be in the way. A apology would have been nice. Why was it on a window sill that had blinds on it.

I visited this facility I had talked to someone at Heritage in Muskego a few times and went there to see it. I thought that was a pretty nice place. Debbie was a very informative, very caring, and good person. She just seemed like a very bubbly and happy person. She explained a lot of things to me about the procedures and the different things that you have to go through. I saw both assisted living and memory care. The tour was very good. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My father-in-law was at Heritage of Muskego for four months before he passed away. And then my brother-in-law lived there for over a year. He has frontotemporal dementia, so he was in the memory care unit. My father-in-law was in assisted living. There were a lot of turnovers in there. I visited this facility I did not get a good feeling at Heritage Muskego at all. As I was touring, I smelled urine in the hall, and that was not a good thing. I didn't care for the sales director; she didn't have much personality. I didn't think the residents were happy. They were eating when I toured, and they didn't look happy at all. The whole place was just quiet, nobody was talking, it just didn't look very happy. I visited this facility My tour at Heritage Muskego was nice, and the staff was very friendly and very explanatory. They had a billiard table, there's a pool, indoor and outdoor areas where there are sitting rooms, and there are activity rooms. The patio was really nice, they have underground parking, and they have a theater. The staff is fabulous, and the dining area was very lovely and well lit. I visited this facility I went to Heritage Muskego. The person who gave us the tour was very capable and very friendly. I was very pleased. She showed us what we were interested in, which is a two-bedroom, and it made a very good impression. The rooms were spacious. The only thing I thought that was missing was some type of a hobby room where you could do things like wood carving, stained glass, or things of that nature. I visited this facility We took a tour at Heritage Muskego, and it was very limited as to what we saw. We were only looking at memory care after we found out my mom needed to go to memory care. Muskego was closer to my dad's house, so we were only looking at memory care. My parents were looking at getting two beds into a memory care suite which is small. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My aunt moved into the Heritage Muskego a month ago. Basically, so far, it's very good. She likes the food, she's gaining weight, her color is wonderful, and she's more engaged. I think personally they're doing a good job with her; I think they're really quite good. She doesn't pick up her phone, we don't get to talk to her, and because of COVID, they only allow two people a week to come in and see her through a plastic sheet. I visited this facility We chose Heritage Muskego and we're moving in soon. It's beautiful, it has the two-bedroom that we're looking for, and they have a pool and other amenities that I liked. The staff is excellent, friendly, and very helpful. They have various activities that I did not check out at that time. They have a physical therapist that my husband can use, they have a workout room, and we're told the food is good.
