What we like the most about the community is the cleanliness and attractiveness of the facility, caring staff, good food. Also, they don't ignore residents, staff very attentive. Keeps me informed if medical issue promptly.

All 5, Acceptance was quick, move in quick. Great staff! Very helpful staff, very pleasant. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Facility is excellent and well maintained, staff have been kind, considerate and helpful. The main criticism my sister has is the lack of reasonable quality food. She is even considering moving due to this matter. Since I don't eat there I have no way of knowing if her expectations are unreasonable in an institutional setting or if her complaints are well founded. Dad has been a resident for 6 years and is enjoying every minute. The food is great and the way he has made friends is terrific. It is nice to see dad go out on trips with his friends. I highly recommend 5 stars

We have been well informed and feel as though Mom has received appropriate attention and care at HarborChase of Vero Beach. It's reassuring knowing that she is in good hands.

The community is pretty clean. For the most part, the care services is pretty good. My loved one does not really like the food. Overall, communication with family and the staff is good. They help to make the stay there, for the residents more pleasant. The staff could be more responsive.

My mothers last months were very pleasant ones thanks to the wonderful care by the staff in memory Care. Often the elderly feel alone an abandoned in their later years when their wish is to live with their family. Fortunately this was not the case for my mother who blossomed when she moved to the memory Care unit at Harbor Chase. My family cannot thank them the enough, they are truly angels! They offered many stimulating events that included great food, beverages, decorations, and musical entertainers.
