My mother needed assistance physically & with issues related to dementia. Harbor Chase helped out when the family needed to make a decision quickly for my mother's care.

It has been an adjustment process for my father with his move to this community. Overall I'am satisfied with his move to this community. They are providing him with good care. The staff is good, they have been kind, and friendly. The only issue he has had is that they are having problems installing a phone in his room. Also there is concern with the help cord, and responding time from the staff. There are activities offered for the residents when they are ready to participate. Initially it was rough acclimating some due to the staff and some due to my parents. However, the staff has been super friendly and helpful. The food is a little bland, but I guess that it what they have to have. The community is nice and clean. The only thing I would say is that they are understaffed.

All of the staff were super attentive with my father. The communication towards the family and my loved one was outstanding. I would highly recommend the community it was always well maintained and odorless. We were able to get my father in a room on the first floor which worked out perfectly. There are activities that are offered for the people that reside here.

Since I moved my mother to Harbor Chase, her care has been excellent and I have not had one incident of injury or falling!
I think it’s a really good deal. It’s a very attractive facility, very open and I like the fact that they encourage partners or roommate type situation to help keep people active and motivated. It’s a really good experience.
It was very beautiful! It was just the absolute best. The friendliness of everyone from the receptionist to the cleaning ladies – everyone is lovely and had smiles. They know your name. The food is fine. It was just a very wonderful community.
It has been fine, no problems so far. They've been very accommodating. They've been really good. A place for mom has been more than helpful providing different resources to go to. We really appreciate what they've done for us. It's a real nice place. We found them to be friendly. We had a few meals they weren't the best but they aren't bad, they are pretty nutritious and they have a lot of choices. What they could improve on would be to have examples of what you are or will be billed for. Instead of being surprised with the bill and then having to question/challenge the items on it. It also seemed like the changes in management didn't make things better.
