Everything about our experience was excellent. Christy Jo provided great customer service from the minute we stepped in the door. We chose Cortec flooring and had it installed in our master bedroom. The installation crew arrived early both days, were exceptionally professional and hard working. Everything was completed as promised and Hessler's pricing was better than their competitor by 20%. Highly recommend Hessler. When we are ready to do the other rooms we will definitely return.

We just had our entire condominium renovated with luxwood vinyl plank and fabulous carpet. Christy and Michelle were very professional and personable. They met our every need and expectation. Juan was our installer. He and his crew were fabulous! Did a great job and everything looks spectacular! I highly recommend this team from Hessler carpet.

Dealing with Jeremy Lewis and Hessler Floors in Fort Myers was an extraordinary experience from beginning to end. Jeremy guided us through the selection process for wood flooring as well as carpeting resulting in great products. Jeremy was the best! He was a great in helping us decide what type of flooring we wanted and recommended the colors we chose for the tile, boarder and carpet. The installers he had complete the job were great as well. We had a very positive experience with Hessler.
