Computer system needs work, called several times before installation and they never could find quote or order.

The installation was prompt, neat & tidy. The only glitch was scheduling dates which were changed twice which I did not appreciate but given the time of year and demand, it was not bad. Steve, our consultant, and Ernesto and his installation crew did great work. The process was quite pleasant and the men worked very hard. Even with the occasional hiccup, which was our issue, they conducted themselves as consummate professionals. Installing over a 1000 sf feet of flooring in four rooms in one day is quite the accomplishment. Would use Hessler Flooring again.
