We were very happy with our experience from the first visit, the sale and the installation. Great selection in the store. Everything went exactly as promised. We will definitely return when we have another project.
Computer system needs work, called several times before installation and they never could find quote or order.
We had a great experience starting with our sales person Charlie and the installation crew all the way down to a follow up phone call from Kim to make sure everything was fine. We will certainly return for our next project!
The installation was prompt, neat & tidy. The only glitch was scheduling dates which were changed twice which I did not appreciate but given the time of year and demand, it was not bad. Steve, our consultant, and Ernesto and his installation crew did great work. The process was quite pleasant and the men worked very hard. Even with the occasional hiccup, which was our issue, they conducted themselves as consummate professionals. Installing over a 1000 sf feet of flooring in four rooms in one day is quite the accomplishment. Would use Hessler Flooring again.
