The good and bad! The sale was great and the installation was great, well pretty great. I did three bedrooms and they were perfect except the master showed space under the floorboards on all walls. I bought a high end short nap carpet. When I emailed Scott he said that there were a couple of ways to fix this as he said the floorboards were a little too high. We love Hessler's. Stopped in to look at flooring for our 3 bedrooms. Met with Kristy and she showed us numerous options. There was so much to choose from. With her help we decided on vinyl planking. I had never heard of this before. What a great recommendation. Everyone who sees it, loves it. Kristy explains everything with NO "gotta buy now" sales pressure. The installers were super. I had decided that I wanted to put luxury vinyl plank flooring over our existing tile, but had heard and seen examples of poor workmanship. My sister knew of several neighbors who had used Hessler's with great results so I visited the store and met Steven, who is a superb salesperson. We had a wonderful experience with Hessler in Punta Gorda. Our sales person Tom was more than helpful. He was informed about the priduct as well as responsive to our every need. He made several trips to our condo to make sure the installers were doing exactly what we requested. I would highly recommend Hessler and i would ask for Tom to help you with your projects.

Back in the early 90s we owned a vacation condo. Our decorator used Hessler to install new carpet and tile flooring throughout. We were happy then. Flash forward to 2019. I looked online for highest rated carpet/flooring here in Naples when we decided we needed new carpet. Low and behold, Hessler Floors was the best. Still.
