Service was terrible. Food mediocre. It's loud and cheap, but you get what you pay for here.

Went for their sunset toast but at the location of this restaurant you can't even see the sunset. Love that they have vegan options- the queso is good but the vegan burger was very mushy and crumbly, kind of fell apart in my hands and mouth.

I have a serious tree nut allergy and I made this very clear to our server. I ordered an appetizer and I saw what appeared to be nuts on it, so our server checked with the chef and it indeed had nuts on it. I wasn't able to eat my appetizer so my friend ate it. I then ordered my entree, which once again came out with nuts on it. The server took it to the back and they remade. By the time it came out everyone else was done eating. I am a little confused because we do not serve strawberry ice cream nor do we serve any appetizers with nuts. I am on a diet which includes protein and vegetables. We ate at HG Supply because of their healthy food options. First I would tell you the restaurant is tucked away in the back along the Trinity River. It took us a couple of minutes to find it. I ate the stir fry. The vegetables were wonderful. My wife ordered the hamburger and crispy fries. She loved both and brought half of the hamburger home. We will be back.

This is priceless. So .. Friday after work.. drinks and a burger. Should be easy. Right?! Not at HG. Want the worst service. Here ya go. Want a manager that's going to blame you for the dry shredded cabbage you received, when you requested a second side of coleslaw. Yes he is here! And his insincere request, following a complaint " how could we have done better ". Followed by " don't t come here again your not wanted ". I'm not desperate to spend 175$ for this , are you???

HG Sply had a brief power outage today at lunch. There was a storm in the area and the staff did a great job with keeping the customers happy and provided food when the power came back on. 100% out of their control situation because of the storm, but they handled it like pros! Always a solid choice for lunch or dinner and they deserve an extra "Great job" for their service today!

The Moscow Mule is absolutely amazing! Just add muddled jalapeños and make it a Texas Mule!
Just stopped by HG Supply. The restaurant was approximately 50% occupied. We asked if we could be seated out of the wind and were told they were only seating reservations. Really, at 4 in the afternoon? And the hostess, well, let's just say she either doesn't know the meaning of hospitality - or doesn't care. Probably will not return.
