I so desperately wish you had a location in Washington, Seattle is missing out BIG on this experience. My family and friends came here while visiting Fort Worth, and I've been dreaming about it since! We were drawn in by the expansive selection of gluten free foods, but we were really blown away by the atmosphere and the service. HG SPLY is a beautiful spot on the Trinity River. They have a beautiful and large outdoor patio. Their menu includes mini vegan and vegetarian items, which I appreciate. (I try to not eat very much meat, HOWEVER I tried a bite of the buffalo burger and it was delicious!) The service is excellent. Overall, I really like them and I cannot wait to go back.

Triple check your To-go food here, always. Lazy, no double check, no reading back your order, no competent order taking going on. Get better hostesses if they're going to take to go orders. Awful experience

The avocado hummus was amazing! Basically a more nutrient dense guacamole. The veggie club and cocktails were enjoyed by others in my party, but overall raving reviews. The mango margarita can be spiced up with some fresh jalapeño and tajin! Great outdoor patio for brunch/lunch

Such a blessing to be able to find food that tastes delicious while I'm on my diet. It's so hard to eat out and watch what you eat. The waitress was super helpful with her suggestions and never made me feel like I was being needy. It was in a beautiful location and we will definitely be back.

Food was good, waiter had terrible personality. Non engaged. Quick to push us out. 1 1/2 hour limit for our party of 6.

The food was great but the server failed in the end. Our 81 year old dad ordered a burger and fries. Our mom told the waiter it was a kids burger. When the bill came we mentioned it to the waiter but he was very aggressive in telling us he ordered an adult burger and would not change it. It was disappointing. Gratuity was included in the bill which was fine, but again, the server failed to mention to our mom to just hit "no tip" since it was already included.
