They close at 11....but the kitchen closes at 10.....but not really because if you go there at 9:48pm, you won't get served. This is the second time this has happened to us at this location. Hopefully the manager knows these people are turning away business.

We had a surprise engagement party at HG Supply in Trophy Club and it was a HUGE success!!! Chris Lawler (GM) was amazing to work with and had several suggestions for us and our party of 40+. He really took the stress out of things. Our servers Jasmine and Tiffany were fantastic. It can get hectic with so many people ordering drinks all the time but they handles it beautifully. This is a great place to meet friends! The food is always fresh and the bar is BUSY. I love the atmosphere that allows families to visit while kids can be kids.

Met up with some friends here for brunch. We got the Brussel sprouts as an appetizer and also the grilled chicken thighs. Both were literally delicious and perfect. The Brussels have this chili flavor but also a hint of sweet. Soooo good. The chicken thigh dish was my favorite. I have been to the Fort Worth location and have had several amazing experiences. I expected the same from the Trophy Club location, but was very disappointed. We tried to make a reservation, however there was nothing available until 8pm. No problem, I expected to wait a little bit. I show up and there are 3 hostesses who are taking 10 minutes to figure out how to seat 1 party. Love HG! Honestly do not understand why it isn't busier than it is. Service is generally pretty great, healthy and great tasting food options, im not vegan but can appreciate anyone that has that kind of dedication and a restaurant that successfully offers options like that when it's a relatively small demographic (and honestly a lot of it's pretty good!).
