This place is always packed when I drive by, so tonight I finally tried it. In a word: meh. The atmosphere was ok, but it was also not a busy evening. Lots of different seating options, and I like that the bar has purse hangers. Service was hit or miss. It took forever to get a drink and we had to flag down a server to order food. The mushroom pilaf had no mushrooms. The grilled chicken thighs was actually one thigh worth of meat cut off the bone into little chunks. Not good

Great food and friendly service. We went for lunch and it was empty, but really would love to return at night. Really cool dog- friendly atmosphere. Feels like you're at the beach even though it's located beside a busy freeway. Very chill.

Food was really great! We got their nachos w/ chicken and loved their in-house chips (which are gf) and got a free thing of queso when I checked-in; free is always good! We also ordered the "bowls", I got their beef (which to me could've been better, I was expecting an actual steak that was grilled & sliced; I've ordered it like that before there- this time it was like thicker cut of shaved beef?? & over cooked) w/ mushroom & quinoa (so good) and garlic green beans (also delicious). Love the indoor/outdoor vibe, great service, amazing food and the drinks are so good!
On a last minute whim my husband and I decided to swing by Hg for a fun dinner out on their huge covered patio. We sat at the bar and were served by great staff who were very attentive. We started with the Crispy Tuna starter and it was really tasty. I got the Chopped Chicken salad and my husband got the Backyard burger. The portions were generous and I got share in some of his yummy fries. It was a great night with the lots of college football on the screens and a fun vibe all around.

My friend and I met for an early lunch. The service was really good. Our vegan nachos were yummy as was our veggie sandwich that we shared...the beer was nice and cold. The ambiance was calm with cool music playing from above.
