Terrible service tonight and the food was less than average. We frequent HG, even had the alliance location last night. Try any location other than this one. HG is a fabulous restaurant, Trophy Club location is not. Service is terrible, food does not taste fresh and the girls at the front are rude.

Love their Dallas location, visited this spot assuming it would be the same - not close. Appetizer was spoiled/cold, inedible. Chips were served in a pool of oil, salad had wilted lettuce and meat was overcooked/dry. Burgers were as expected, the only item to be good, fries were inedible as well from heavy salt. I wish I could leave no stars. We're extremely disappointed in our recent order. We've ordered the same items before and everything was great, but this time was a completely different experience. Both pizzas were EXTREMELY burnt and tasted absolutely awful -- not just overcooked, but genuinely inedible. The burn taste along with a disgusting taste almost indescribable. AS WELL AS the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl was EXTREMELY fishy and had a tough, unpleasant texture with noticeable tendons in it, which made it hard to eat. Sadly, non... read more

Disappointment! Sat on outside patio. Met 3 friends for lunch. Thank goodness for fun conversation. The first disappointment was no lunch menu. Everything on menu for entrees are 16+. Very pricey for a sports bar atmosphere. Appetizer - Chips and queso $15. Pretty shocking. Serving was small for the price. No refills on chips. I requested Finish Line drink and they didn't have that one. Then I tried to order the Wrinkle Free and they didn't have that available either. I didn't want to get another drink because I didn't want to be told again they didn't have it available. Had the vegan queso and it was a little bland and the amount of queso they gave was not enough for the chips they give you. The chips were also greasy. Brunch was lack luster. $9 for a piece of avocado toast? Yikes! I had the breakfast frittata and it looked like it had been sitting around a while and also like it belonged on a kids meal. Daughter had a burger and tbh, it was the only thing on the table we would maybe go back for. Service was sparse and we had a few different wait staff. They were just ok. ‍

Came here for happy hour and loved it. I love the ample amount of parking, the happy hour prices and the service. They gave everyone a small sample of a seasonal cocktail and their manager made a toast for the evening which was fun! With all appetizers being half priced, it made dinner so cheap! Their old fashioned was really good and I'm super picky about mine! Only thing was that we got the tuna with crispy rice and even though it was delicious, the tuna was a little frozen. This place is always packed when I drive by, so tonight I finally tried it. In a word: meh. The atmosphere was ok, but it was also not a busy evening. Lots of different seating options, and I like that the bar has purse hangers. Service was hit or miss. It took forever to get a drink and we had to flag down a server to order food. The mushroom pilaf had no mushrooms. The grilled chicken thighs was actually one thigh worth of meat cut off the bone into little chunks. Not good
