"Painless" I had a great experience at HGreg in Orlando. There was no pressure or hassle from any salesman Camilo let us browse on our own we showed him the 2 we were interested in and he rounded them up and showed us both. I had a issue with the one vehicle I was interested in he assured me if I bought the car it would be taken care of. "Customer service, customer service , customer service. " First off. This dealership has great prices. As a direct competitor to Offleaseonly, they win. Their customer service was outstanding. We purchased a used vehicle and they made every effort to make us the customer happy. After leaving the dealership, we noticed a few minimal problems with the vehicle. Staff was very accommodating and fixed the problems. Customer service is lacking at normal stealerships. Not here. I will be recommending hgregg to everyone I know.
