"Awesome, straight forward experience" Staff was amazing, very nice, easy to talk to and very personable. They explained the whole process and ensured that we were happy and taken care of the whole time. I really enjoyed the "No Pressure" way of doing business. DT also allowed us to take our time with the test drive and reviewing everything on the vehicle we were looking to buy. Great job HGreg Orlando!

"Painless" I had a great experience at HGreg in Orlando. There was no pressure or hassle from any salesman Camilo let us browse on our own we showed him the 2 we were interested in and he rounded them up and showed us both. I had a issue with the one vehicle I was interested in he assured me if I bought the car it would be taken care of. "Customer service, customer service , customer service. " First off. This dealership has great prices. As a direct competitor to Offleaseonly, they win. Their customer service was outstanding. We purchased a used vehicle and they made every effort to make us the customer happy. After leaving the dealership, we noticed a few minimal problems with the vehicle. Staff was very accommodating and fixed the problems. Customer service is lacking at normal stealerships. Not here. I will be recommending hgregg to everyone I know.
