"Good experience" I first would like to say my sale rep. was amazing. She made me feel comfortable about purchasing a vehicle. I'm giving my sale rep. 4 stars but the other departments was moving too slow for someone who doesn't need financing my wait time was too long.. But I will and have recommend people to purchase vehicles from Hgreg.

"Easy! " Engaged personnel, no pressure to buy anything, excellent customer service, the entire process took less than 2 hours and that is a record for buying a car that one is financing. Selection/inventory is comprehensive. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new/used care.

"It was great the only thing..." The only bad thing I would say is that the finance manager didn't address me and just addressed my parents, but I was the buyer. My parents were just there for moral support. If he would have addressed me (the buyer) I would have felt better about buying the car. Tommy (sales) was amazing. He was funny, made jokes, made me feel at home and didn't make me feel pressured. Sigrid (insurance) was so helpful. She's amazing at her job and deserves a raise pronto!
