"Patient & Attentive Sales Associate" I wait as long as I can before changing vehicles because I dread the process, but the concept at H Greg allows for the process to be as pleasant as possible. In addition, the time & care that our Sales Associate, Emily Gomez (Orlando), put forth with us was amazing. "Good place to buy if you're buying a very new car" Customer Service experience is awesome. No tricky stuff from sales. We had our own financing so I can't comment on that part. Chasity, our sales rep was the best: change our minds last minute and wanted to see a different car and she showed no sign of frustration. "Good Purchase Experience" It is a different buying experience. Low pressure approach with enough inventory that you can find what you are looking for and prices are very reasonable. "Enormous selection at basically trade in prices." "Great experience with a different kind of dealership..." I liked the business-like nature of the transaction. No playing games like a regular car dealership. Everything right up front and negotiations were handled at one sitting.
