"Hassle free easy straight forward process." My son was looking for a new car online. "Customer service oriented" Welcome to Orlando, HGreg! Our salesperson and her manager were very concerned about customer satisfaction and they sold us a pre-owned minivan at a very fair price. HGreg has a friendly, inviting "haggle-free" atmosphere. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is there was a bit more of a wait to complete the purchase than expected (but that could have been the fault of our lender) and their trade-in offer was $4K lower than other dealers, so we will have to sell our old car on our own.
