I have been holding off on commenting, but I have found a new dentist. This doctor shaved 🪒 my gum to place a crown 👑 in 2023. This was a very painful experience both mentally and physically(during and weeks after). I was not notified of this until I was numb all ready for my crown. Needless to say the crown fell off 3 times. This dentist made me scared to even get my teeth cleaned. Bad experience overall.

Very upset and disappointed with the dental care available around here. I can’t seem to find a good, honest dentist around Smyrna, Georgia. Just got charged $50 for mouthwash and toothpaste. They never told me up front, at the first visit just handed me the toothpaste and mouthwash. They just charged me on the back end and tried to tell me they told me what it was for originally. I have been coming to this office for over 10 years and never had an issue until recently, which was during my wife’s last visit. She was told by the dentist “why are you smiling, you have 5 cavities” and walked away without any explanation. I am truly disappointed by these actions because I have trusted this office and stood by them for so long. I will never recommend them nor will I ever come back.

I had a wonderful experience today after switching from a dentist that wasted my time and had poor service. I felt so seen and heard in regards to my care and I was very well accommodated. Thank you to Jessica and Dr. Mike and the other staff member that helped out today. I appreciate it more than you know!

I didn’t even make into the office. They turned me off via the phone. The receptionists (plural) that kept calling me seemed as though they weren’t at all capable of setting the appointments, checking insurance, and was unaware of basic information or how to relay information to the patient… very unprofessional. Almost as though it was everyone’s first day. That coupled with the negative reviews made me reluctant to go there for treatment.
