Water heater I had a problem with water heater they replaced it the same day before I got home from work. They didn’t leave any mess !!
It has been a great place to me! I’ve lived here for 2 years and just signed up for my third. As far as apartment complex’s go I’ve been really impressed. Future resident tour Darion was very warm and welcoming and gave a great informational tour of a variety of apartments and the amenities the property offers. As a potential new Charlotte resident, Darion provided a lot of information on the area and helped us feel right at home. Amazing place! Hi! If you’re looking for a great place with amazing at amenities you’ve found a place! I recently inquired about a one bedroom and the staff was extremely helpful( since I’m VERY picky)
Easy going The rental office has an easy going team. When there is a problem they get it fixed right away. Biggest down side is the annoying gate, the speed bump is in the wrong spot so it's a little difficult to scan in. Also the pool rules are pretty strict for an apartment but I personally haven't had an issue.
