Horrible experience We lived here 1 year max. I got scammed out of $1400 for a countertop that we did not crack. They were extremely unprofessional in handling. Apartments or company who did the job could not provide pics of the work after. Also charge 40 monthly valet trash when they never come to get trash.

Can't use a... (Verified Renter) Can't use a single isolated maintanance situation to recommend people. Specially when the referral fee is never paid. The people at the office sat on our referral fee for over a year and now they said the tenant wasn't up to date.
A WARNING!!! I have lived in Hilliard Grand since April 2018. For the last 1.5 years property went way downhill. Managers and Leasing agents changed so many times that it was hard to know who to contact to get things done. When I needed to extend my lease, I sent my request through email I received no reply, I tried to call - no answers. Terrible Customer Service I drove all the way from Cincinnati and arrived at noon. I was turned away b/c I didnt have an appointment. I submit a request online and no body still has responded. I'm glad I'm not a resident. I can only image what service I would get.

I wouldn't recommend... (Verified Renter) I wouldn't recommend it for parking availability. Just in my short time here I've seen a motorcycle and a car not move ever from their spots. It' pretty irritating that they can just park a car they never use and a covered motorcycle basically permanently in these spots. I would recommend living here for the nice interiors and quiet community!

Positives: Responsive management... (Verified Renter) Positives: Responsive management office and maintenance. Quiet location, great amenities and location. Negatives: One of the rules is to not park on the street. However, the rule is not enforced much. Many townhome residents on one side of the street on Landview Dr always park on the street. This is an inconvenience and has been multiple years but not fully addressed. It is not fair to other residents as the street is narrow and would only allow parking on one side.

The increase in... (Verified Renter) The increase in rent proposed was $111/month which is over a 10% increase in rent. In my experience as a renter 3-5% is expected but 10% increase for good renters who pay on time is ludicrous.
