The interaction was... (Verified Renter) The interaction was not horrible, although I don't remember the Agent's name (Jessica, from looking at the card). I would have liked to have a connection with the leasing staff, and feel like I was treated more than just a person walking in the door. I would have liked to feel that I am going to be part of a 'community' and that she was just as excited for me to be part of it.

The biggest problem... (Verified Renter) The biggest problem we had was the 3rd party company handling the electricity. They were price gouging mercilessly. Several monthly bills were up 4x the average of AEP
the garbage situation... (Verified Renter) the garbage situation has been out of control still I moved in. There are times I walk all the way to the dumpster and have to leave my garbage outside the bin due to the mess. The smell is also horrible. The snow removal was also not up to what I am used to having.
Maintenance has always... (Verified Renter) Maintenance has always been great. However the parking issue and noisy upstairs neighbor is very annoying to say the least.

Nice shell, roth inside. I'm a tenant since May 2016 , only reason for taking an appartment is due to my old house sold too fast (1 day) and our new build wasn't ready. Since we arrived we noticed a sewer smell in the hallbath that doesn't go away till today we rented a townhome on Landview Dr. on the same hallbath water was pooring from the appartment next door and that got fixed within the first week.
