I would absolutely... (Verified Renter) I would absolutely recommend Hilliard Grand to anyone looking to live in the area. The only reason I didn't renew my lease was because I bought a home and no longer needed to rent.
We like it... (Verified Renter) We like it here for the most part. It's got a great location and a nice layout. Cons are hearing people above you stomping around all the time or hearing doors getting slammed. Also, the dog and bird poop everywhere really is unpleasant. Need to get rid of the geese! Trash area gets well, trashed by the tenants because they are careless (not your fault)

Great place! I've been a tenant since March of 2016 & currently 6 months in to my 2nd lease term. I am very happy to be a resident here. The best part of living here has got to be the serenity and peacefulness of the neighborhood. Also, I feel as thought I get what I am paying for. The staff is great to work with and always resolve issues in a timely manner. Looking forward to the rest of my time at Hilliard Grand!

This community is... (Verified Renter) This community is well-maintained, reasonably priced, and conveniently located. The community areas are very open and clean. I only wish that people would clean up after their dogs. We have dogs, and we're very careful about cleaning up after them; I think it reflects badly on all dog owners when people don't clean up after their dogs.
If you are... (Verified Renter) If you are just looking for a nice quiet place to live and money is not a big issue, then yes, I would recommend it.
