I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this community but with the caution that the units lack upgraded features and the grounds (pool, lawn areas, dog poop recepticles) are not consistently maintained. The location is great and easily accessible to the highways and close to shopping Etc. The office staff is knowledgeable, very helpful and easy to work with.

Location is good,... (Verified Renter) Location is good, not very near to downtown and not too far from Columbus. Ambiance is good very calm and comfortable. Amenities are really well maintained.has access to public transport as well.

Crime is low,... (Verified Renter) Crime is low, the apartments are spacious for the price, the community is clean and stuff gets DONE! :) Storage space is great in the 1 bedrooms too!

I love to... (Verified Renter) I love to recommend this community.But every lease increasing rent which is not affordable .Maintenance and all very very satisfying .No problem at all.Definitely we will recommend this community.Wonderful community.
