Location great for Times Square, getting in and out of room: major delays/hassle Only 2 elevators were working. It took 20 minutes to get to my room upon arrival because of slow and full elevators. I waited 10 minutes for an elevator to reach my floor when I went out later. Plus one elevator smelled like roach spray. The shower spray was so far above my head, I found it hard to get clean. Would only stay here again on sale price. Location was ideal for why I was in New York.
Overall we had a great stay for a quick weekend trip to NYC My only complaint is how slow the elevators were. The location is great for being right near times square and broadway

Good Deberían informar que cobran por recibir paquetes. Un mejor servicio podría incluir desayuno. Y Un poco sucias las alfombras. Excelente ubicación. Muy buen trato del personal. Fui con un nene de casi 2 años, y siempre muy buena predisposición. Las habitaciones tienen microondas y heladera que hacen más cómoda la estadía.
