Wonderful
Lovely central hotel & all staff were friendly & helpful towards us I didn’t like on leaving my luggage for storage that it was left unmanned while people were walking by. I didn’t feel comfortable walking away until I knew it had been stored away. The staff were lovely even though they didn’t understand my concerns. Lovely rooms & great friendly staff. Loved the fact it had a laundry room on site.

Good The air conditioning unit was extremely loud and being positioned close to the bed did not aid restful sleep. We couldn't find out how to turn it off as no instructions were available. The coffee machine in our room was broken, twice we asked for it to be fixed and they said they would but nothing happened. The lifts were terrible and two days out of the three we were there one wasn't working which made the situation worse. Breakfast didn't start until 7 which meant on our last day we couldn't have breakfast, even thoug... read more

La cercanía con lugares turísticos, la habitación cómoda, para 2 personas está bien, para más personas es un poco chico, pero cumplió de todas maneras, tenía frigobar para guardar alimentos, varios lugares para comer en el sector.
