Buena relación precio-calidad y cerca de las atracciones. Conexión a JFK con transporte publico. Demora con ascensores en hora pico. Ubicación, atención, limpieza. Por default limpian y cambian toallas cada dos días. Si se desea aseo diario, se pide y no tiene cargo extra. Yo lo hice.
Pleasant Hola. El 2 de septiembre cuando ingrese al hotel me hicieron un hold de $200 de garantia. Todavia esa garantia no a sido devuelta a mi cuenta y ya han pasado 14 dias desde que sali del hotel. He llamado 2 veces al hotel y me han indicado que la garantia ya fue devuelta. Pedi que me envien un recibo. El cual todavia no han enviado. Me dijeron que llame al banco por que el dinero ya fue devuelto. He llamado al banco y me dicen el banco que pong un reclamo debido a que ellos no les ha sido devuelto los $200 de la garan... read more

Sum up - wonderful and comfortable. N/A I really appreciated the iron and ironing board. The view was outstanding. The front desk staff checking in and out was so helpful. Very nice place and it is a central location for food and to the ship port. Thanks!

Hotel below Hilton group standards I did not like the attentivenes of the front desk when I asked for help (scissors) to fix my dress I needed to call multiple times and I finally went downstairs to get scissors. They were not organised and not interested to go above and beyond to support their gues’s needs. Elevators are extemly slow, too. Location was very good
