Wonderful The queue of customers checking in at peak times (the staff were fine, the customers complaining). The lifts really didn't cope with the demand at peak times, slow and small. Fine room just a bit small. Lovely helpful staff. Breakfast was not included. An expensive place to stay.
Good value for money, great location. Limited elevator capacity leading to long wait times, 2 queen bedroom had little storage space, airco was not very efficient. Associated bar/restaurant was very expensive. Great location, close to many public transportation hubs, 10 minutes walk from Times Square or Central Park. Good accommodation. Friendly staff.
Very Good Certain personnel n'était pas très aimable. Les ascenseurs sont très souvent occupés, donc le temps d'attente est très long. On a fait à pieds au final pour gagner du temps, mais si vois êtes à l'étage élevé, ça risque de devenir assez sportif pour monter et descendre à pied tous les jours. La chasse d'eau de notre chambre devait avoir une fuite, donc la pompe de remplissage s'activait tout le long de la nuit, pas pratique si vous avez le sommeil sensible. מלון נחמד, מיקום מעולה מעליות איטיות, צריך לקחת בחשבון. צק אין היה בשעה 16 למרות שהיה כתוב ב15 מיקום מצויין. קרוב לסאבווי ולמסעדות. במרחק הליכה מהמון מקומות. יש אפשרות לשמור חפצים לפני הצ'ק אין שממש עוזר.
Short stay near Broadway Lack of a main light in the room Functional room that was excellent value for money given the hotel's location. Accomodation was clean & tidy. Staff unobtrusive whilst being very friendly and helpful
