The location was fantastic, very touristy and walkable to many restaurants and shops. Friendly staf. The room was very tight and the carpets appeared very old and wasn’t vacuumed when the rooms were cleaned. Great location, easy walkable neighborhood, walkable access to restaurants and attractions, friendly staff, cleaning the rooms was very flexible time wise which was good for us.

Conforto e praticidade em ótima localização. Poucos elevadores para muitos apartamentos deixa o deslocamento dentro do hotel muito demorado. A localização é muito boa. O staff é gentil. O café cortesia ajuda na manhã.
Good
Good Room was very dissapointing stuffed between 2 lift shafts. Had much bigger and nicer rooms in budget Hilton hotels in the UK. Also $ 64 for that breakfast really. I think $ 20 maximum Location was excellent to the theaters and Times Square.
Very Good The pillows were to soft and not supportive The hotel was great, the staff friendly and the position is perfect to visit Manhattan! Very close to the subway, to Times square and Central park

It's worth the price The water bottles were not free unless you are a diamond or sliver memeber. The shower also made a very loud noise when turned to the hot water temperature. I loved the big comfy bed with loads of pillows. The bathroom had the perfect lighting too. Its also a short walking distance to shops, food places and time sqaure.
