This hotel is definitely improving. They are committed to learn from previous bad reviews. some rooms have a mold odour in the bathroom / air conditioner The location is as perfect as it can get for NYC: halfway between Times Square and Central Park. Several subway stations and eateries in the proximity. The staff was very helpful: they immediately handled and sorted out our complaint regarding the room.
