In spite of a disappointing start to my stay all issues were dealt with efficiently by the staff. I can highly recommend Broken lifts, phone in room not working, phone on landline not working, ice machine broken, room not serviced unless requested, refrigerator not plugged in. Friendly and professional staff.
Perfect location makes up for minor shortcomings - It was a bit awkward to control the temperature of water in the shower - Sound proofing could be better. There was a door to another room in our unit - it was locked from both sides, but we could still hear the people behind it quite clearly - Due to some sort of malfunction occurring on the lower floors, we had no running water in our room for one day.
