Parfait. Petit déjeuner de qualité, un choix amplement suffisant, un service de très bonne qualité. Rien à redire.
The City that never sleeps ! Superbe hôtel et très bien placé ! Parfait pour un séjour à New York ! Le seul inconvénient durant notre séjour a été l’ascenseur qui ne fonctionnait pas toujours de manière autonome, il fallait demander à l’accueil qu’ils nous envoient l’ascenseur à notre étage et ça pouvait prendre jusqu’à 20 minutes parfois… dommage. Heureusement, sur les derniers jours cela s’est amélioré ! Sans cela, rien à dire !

Okay for a short stay It was cool. Temperature only increases to 70 degrees which wasn't enough for me. Also the bedding was very thin. Fortunately I had a double bed to myself so doubled over the sheets and quilt. The phone on the lift lobby didn't work Your staff are your greatest asset. Concierge, Brian, was so helpful. Rooms are clean but feel a little drab. Bed was comfortable.
