I was glad to stay here for some days. Elevators are old and it's probably not possible to change, but the window could be changed for soundproof once in future, because the street is noisy at day and night. I liked the welcoming pictures of NY on TV screen, but cannot understand why they have been started to be showed at night automatically. A good central location. I had a lovely stay and would for sure consider this hotel for future visits to NY. There was air blowing from the heater constantly. I couldn't figure out how to change it without turning it off. That was not an option since it was quite cold outside. Room was clean and felt sanitized. the staff was excellent. They were helpful and friendly. Loved the location. It was easy to walk or subway to wherever I wanted to go.
Very Good We were on the 15th floor and unfortunately the elevator wasn't working, we did get extra steps in but with luggage and after a day of site seeing it would have been nice to use the lift. Really central location, 15 minute walk from Times Square which was great. Lots of places to eat within a stones throw from the main entrance.
