Wonderful location with basic amenities. The hot water took 5 minutes or more to heat up. The wait for the 3 elevators was terrible at times but that is common to NYC hotels in general, I feel. My room was toward the back of the building and was relatively quiet, However, I was behind the elevator shaft and could hear the elevator if I kept the bathroom door open The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very Good The location was so handy with various subway stations only a stone's throw away. The room was lovely however, the way the bathroom door slides meant that if you were in the toilet noone can get into the room.
