Very Good the room was not prepared for a family of three - we had to call and ask for extra blankets for our son to be able to sleep on the couch; we also ahd some issues accessing the internet - however the staff was helpful

Overall very good option for a work trip. Have requested a copy of the receipt but have not yet received it. The room wasn't cleaned on the second day I was there. The temperature level worked well for me in the room. Slept well.

Los mejores días en Nyc . Pasamos 11 noches de maravilla en este hotel, excelente ubicación, excelente trato del personal, buena limpieza, buen servicio de traslado al aeropuerto. Todo de 10!!!
Very Good Es gab nur 3 Aufzüge und 34 Stockwerke. Deswegen gab es oft lange Wartezeiten bei den Aufzügen. Super Aussicht und freundliches Personal!
