Some people complain here about elevators. This was absolutely no issue during our 10 days stay. Location was amazing, s Negatives were only minor. I would appreciate some hangers near the door entrance + sink drain in bathroom was disaster (room 1305). Also, the door to bathroom is a joke so make sure you are there with partner you know a lot :D as you will hear everything. Everything was amazing, except few negatives listed below.

Espectacular, nota 10. Não tenho nada a reclamar. Qualidade dos quartos, limpeza, localização e a cordialidade de todos os funcionários. Quem reclamar deste hotel é maluco, melhor localização impossível, quartos super confortáveis, funcionários gentis e disponíveis a todo momento. Com certeza em uma próxima ida a NY, irei considerar este hotel em primeiro lugar.
