Clean and comfortable No complaints. . The room was very clean and comfortable with lots of thoughtful design touches such as plugs and lamps on both sides of the bed and plenty of space in drawers and a big closet. The sound proofing seemed to be on point as we didn't really hear other guests, except when they let their door slam. The fitness center has new equipment. The location is convenient to the subway, making it easy to get to the airports via the E train.

I’d definitely recommend! It was disappointing that housekeeping is only every 2nd day & they charge a massive security deposit. GREAT location, nice room and friendly staff

Bon séjour Nous avions trouvé des cafards dans notre première chambre au 19 ème étage mais après avoir fait une réclamation à la réception angélique a été très réactive et d'une extrême gentillesse elle nous a changé de chambre et offert le petit déjeuner L'emplacement est idéal en tout points Le personnel est très chaleureux et réactif
Very Good El personal de recepción, no tiene ni idea de español y no brinda buena atención. En toda la semana no nos llenaron los recipientes de jabón de manos ni crema La ubicación es excelente, las instalaciones están bien. Excelente atención del personal encargado de las maletas, douglas amable, cordial y muy comedido
