An average experience. Only 2 elevators for the entire hotel meant that the waiting time to use them was over 2 hours when we arrived. It didn't get better over the 5 days we stayed and we ended up using the stairs every day because it was faster. Location is good with easy access to the subway and within waling distance of many sights and shops.

Exceptional O único ponto negativo são elevadores, mas isto só é causado devido ao uso do elevador social por parte dos funcionários (os quais não possuem culpa). Localização maravilhosa! Muito perto da estação de metrô!

Essere pronti ad ogni evenienza Migliorerei il servizio sulle piccole cose, come cambiare il dispenser del sapone finito senza doverlo chiedere, essere sìcuri che le asciugamani cambiate non riportano macchie, il pagamento del deposito bagagli al check out, ed inoltre la cauzione di 700 dollari, mi sembra un po’ eccessiva per il contesto in cui ti trovi.
