I like the location & staff.
It was nice that it was on 52nd and 3rd and that was walkable to where we wanted to go. There were plenty of good restaurants just a short walk from the hotel. The room was ok. The bed was not comfortable, the walls were thin. We could hear the room connected to our vent and our two next door neighbors. The toilet required care to flush, and the sink water was always scalding hot after you flushed the toilet no matter which way your turned it. The door to the refrigerator would not close, therefore, we didn't use it. The fro... read more

Excellent service Excellent service from the front desk, extremely rapid responses for things that needed to be delivered to the room. The room was comfortable, although some of the furniture was a little worn down. Well located, quiet, and accommodating.
